These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of asawarroom.com and the WarRoom apps. By accessing the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use WarRoom.
The service
ASA WarRoom is an independent, fan-made companion for ARK: Survival Ascended. It aggregates publicly available server information and provides tracking, alert, and directory tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Studio Wildcard or Snail Games. "ARK: Survival Ascended" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. - You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your country. - We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: - Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure. - Reverse engineer, resell, or republish our data or features without permission. - Use WarRoom to harass others or to break the rules of any game server or platform. - Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content where the service allows input.
WarRoom Pro and payments
WarRoom offers an optional paid tier ("Pro"). Payments are processed by Ko-fi; their terms also apply. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. Features included in Pro may change over time, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Third-party data and links
Server statistics, tribe listings, and similar data are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The service may link to third-party sites (such as Discord shops) that we do not control and are not responsible for. Verify important information independently before acting on it.
Intellectual property
The WarRoom name, interface, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarRoom and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or in-game progress arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
