We aim to reply within a few business days. During major ARK updates response times can be a little longer.
What to include
To help us help you faster, please add: - A clear description of the issue or request. - The server name and IP:port, if it is about specific server data. - Your platform (web, Android, or iOS) and, for web, your browser. - Screenshots, if they show the problem.
Reporting incorrect server data
WarRoom samples public server data periodically, so figures can briefly lag the live game. If a server looks wrong for more than a few hours, email us the server name and IP:port and we will investigate.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, email us from the address tied to your account, or include your account display name. See our Privacy Policy for details on your rights.
A note on game support
We are an independent fan tool and cannot help with ARK: Survival Ascended game accounts, bans, or purchases. For those, please contact Studio Wildcard or your game platform directly.
