This Privacy Policy explains what information ASA WarRoom ("WarRoom", "we", "us") collects when you use asawarroom.com and our companion apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
ASA WarRoom is an independent, fan-made tool for tracking ARK: Survival Ascended servers. We are not affiliated with Studio Wildcard or Snail Games. You can reach us any time at pss.team.support@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign in, our authentication provider gives us a unique account ID, your display name, and avatar URL. We never see or store your social login password. - Usage data. We store the servers you watch, the tags you apply (such as "My Tribe" or "Do Not Attack"), and your alert preferences so the service works across devices. - Device and log data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools automatically record your IP address, browser type, language, referring page, and the pages you view. - Local storage. Some settings — theme, language, and server marks for signed-out users — are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave your device unless you sign in.
How we use your information
- To provide core features: server rankings, watchlists, surge and offline alerts, and tribe directories. - To send the notifications you opt into (push or Discord webhooks). - To measure and improve performance, fix bugs, and understand which features are useful. - To process WarRoom Pro upgrades and prevent abuse or fraud.
Cookies and advertising
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, and measure traffic.
- Third-party advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads on editorial pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to operate WarRoom. Each only receives the data needed for its task: - Supabase — account, database, and authentication hosting. - Vercel — website hosting, plus aggregate analytics and performance metrics. - Google Analytics and Amplitude — anonymous, aggregate usage analytics. - Ko-fi — payment processing for WarRoom Pro. We never receive your full card details.
Data retention
We keep account and usage data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we delete personal data that we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email pss.team.support@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
WarRoom is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
